STEP 1

Prepare a JPG or PDF file of an e-ticket certificate or travel itinerary confirmation (Full name, departure and arrival dates as well as airline reservation code or flight number must be clearly visible)

Fill in the application form with the flight ticket information and other required details to enter the draw

On 2024.9.20 (Fri), the confirmed winners will be announced on the website and notified individually via email. Winners must complete a Google Form by 2024.9.23 (Mon) to confirm their attendance at the concert. If the form is not submitted by the deadline, the ticket will be given to another participant.


※ After receiving the notification via E-MAIL, the winners are required to bring their confirmation to the ‘Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) Booth’ on the day of the concert to collect their official concert tickets. Please refer to the disclaimers for more information.

Disclaimer

  • This event is not open to individuals holding South Korean nationality

  • Each participant is allowed more than 1 entry in the draw. Individuals holding more than 1 airline ticket are eligible for duplicate entries (please input each flight ticket separately)

  • Once participation in the event is completed, the registered information cannot be modified.

  • Participants must upload an electronic airline ticket certificate or itinerary when entering the event. The airline booking code or ticket number must be included and must match perfectly with the submitted materials to qualify for the draw.

  • Participants must ensure that all registered information is accurate and that the submitted materials are their own. If contact cannot be made or the chance of winning is lost due to inaccurate information, insufficient materials, or errors, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the winning qualification.

  • Individuals who do not comply with the rules and guidelines will have their winnings cancelled and retrieved even if they are selected as winners.

  • The prize is disclosed only to event winners, who cannot request a seat change, transfer to another person, or exchange for cash without separate notification.

  • Prizes will not be reissued if lost, discarded, or damaged after being signed for and received.

  • Winners will be announced on the “Feel the Beat of Korea in Thailand” event landing page within the KTO Thailand website, and notifications will be sent via email.

  • Winners will receive the winning email the day after the announcement and must pick up their official concert tickets and enter at the designated area on the event day.

  • To receive official concert tickets, winners must carry a passport that matches the flight ticket.

  • At the concert venue, the name on the flight ticket will be verified with the winner’s passport. If the passport is not carried or cannot be provided, the official concert ticket cannot be received.

  • Children under 12 years old are not eligible to enter. Please adhere to other regulations as specified in the organizer’s announcements.

  • Winning concert tickets are for assigned seats and can only be used by the winner. Seat changes or ticket transfers are not allowed.

  • Prizes must be claimed within the period specified by the organizer. If not claimed within the period, the rights to the prize are forfeited, and the ownership of the prize returns to the organizer.

  • This event is subject to changes, modifications, or suspensions at any time.

  • By participating, you agree to comply with all rules of this event. If the regulations are not followed, you will be considered to have forfeited rights to the prize draw.
